Nashua Mobile Brooklyn, assured me in January that they will be able to activate International Roaming and International Call Forwarding if I switched over to them (Celna and Brian confirmed this at the Brooklyn Branch).
Needless to say that this never happened and after they switched me twice to other service providers they eventually conceded that this is not possible on 24th April - 3 MONTHS LATER
I was without a working (international roaming) phone for more than 3 months! I had to send the phone back and forth from outside the country for them to try and fix it on various occasions.
Their staff is in my opinion not only incompetent but will make promises without having the knowledge whether it is possible or not.
I had to cancel my contract with them and advise any other person to steer well clear of Nashua Mobile.
It is not worth the aggravation!
