WANTS TO CANCEL A NEW CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY!!!

I have taken out a data deal with Cell C today a week ago! (Friday 19th April 2013) Its absolutely impossible to get through to Cell C, I have even called the (landline). I have been told that the modem is out of stock - after I called their on the landline. This is a new contract and I have 3 contracts with MTN (have been with MTN since cellphones came out), but have decided to give Cell C a try, now I want to cancel this contract as I cannot get hold of anybody - not by phone, telephone or fax!!!

Not a good begin - its no use Cell C is cheaper that the other cellphone providers but their service is VERY POOR! Then I will rather pay more and get the service. Please advise as a matter of urgency what I need to do, I took the contract out on the phone so there's no way I am going into a Cell C store to cancel it, It was a 2GB for R119!

I cannot wait 2 weeks for this, I needed the data and if I had known it was going to take 2 weeks, I would never even have bothered to call Cell C.
