INCOMPETENT CALL CENTRE STAFF

I am having a torrid time with Nashua Mobile.

Currently I am still holding for the last 30 mins, and still counting, to re-activate my international calling, something I have had to do atleast once a month. in fact the call just ended because i have been holding for so long.

I have had countless problems dealing with Nashua Mobile since I commenced my 3 contracts with them.

my details we changed by some person in Nashua Mobile and I have had to correct them around 10 times in order take off this address and email address from my profile. this problem resulted in my invoices not being sent to me for several months.

In addition I have so many problems receiving international calls, on numerous occasions I have been informed by people trying to call me that my phone is off or they hear a rica message denoting how many days they have to rica.

I am definitely not getting the service I am paying for. I am extremely upset with this service. I want to cancel my contracts but the insanely high cancellation charges just don't make it feasible. If anyone can assist me on what kind of recourse I have I would greatly appreciate it.
