I have been a Nashua Mobile customer since 2001. I am often abroad for business and have travelled overseas 3 times this year so you can imagine my frustration and surprise once I landed in the Netherlands on Sunday the 05/05 to not have any SMS roaming. This is bizarre as I have never had issues with roaming in the past so clearly something has changed in 6 weeks since my last trip abroad. Furthermore I find out that there is a limit to my airtime which will softlock me once I reach a certain amount. After a long protracted call to the Nashua mobile call centre the customer service agent managed to log a request with MTN to get it re-activated. This solved the challenge of SMS roaming however now I discover my international roaming for voice has been deactivated!!! Can't even call the call centre to ask them to activate it as I can even dial out or receive calls. This is completely unacceptable. You can't write an email for support as it will only be responded to in 48 hours! If Nashua mobile knew anything about me as a long standing customer they would know based on my billing that I travel overseas regularly and need all access to roaming.
