I went into the Vodacom Welkom square store last week to log a complaint concerning my cellphone contract being suspended. They referred me to my bank and told me that a stop order has been loaded, I then had to go back to the store a second and third time as my issue could not be resolved. Firstly, I think it is very unethical that I had to go back and forth while nothing was done about the situation. Eventually, I gave instruction that Vodacom must debit THE FULL outstanding amount on my account as I was not aware that the payments had not gone through. Tuesday I could not make any phone calls and I still cannot do anything with the phone, I received a notification that Vodacom debited only R300 from my account for the cellphone number 0829217859. I made it clear that they should debit THE FULL outstanding amount - now I am unable to make phone calls and inconvenience is caused because I need to make phone calls. I want this issue clarified and I want my phone activated as soon as possible please. Phone me on 082 921 7859
