I was sent SMS's to pay an amount of R210.40 because a debit order did not go through to avoid suspension.
Once my cellphone was suspended I went through to the store to pay the outstanding amount. Everything was successful, my phone is no longer suspended, the outstanding amount was paid for and today I get an Sms informing me of a "friendly reminder" that an amount of R409.399999999999999999800 will be debited from my account. No one told me that an additional amount would be taken off my account without my authority, there is no reminder there, It is TELLING me "Thank You for your outstanding balance, but you, at the beginning of the month I am taking money off your account any way!! "

Why tell me to go and pay an outstanding amount and then deduct as much money as you want out of my account! It's unethical!!

I want to leave MTN as a service provider, this is ridiculous!
