Vodacom's technical billing issues and negligence
I have had a billing issue on my account for months now and nobody has addressed the problem. It started when my put on a voluntary limit onto my account and my phone keeps on getting suspended and Vodacom keeps on suspending (soft locking) my phone yet I still have minutes left and a data bundle on the account! A few months ago this has happened where again the same thing ... I had a data bundle and minutes yet my account was getting suspended every few minutes. By what right were you charging out of bundle rates and minutes out of the voluntary call limit? Then kept on suspending my phone and I had to call over and over again and they just forced me to up the limit every time to enable my phone! I have never come across a provider that suspends their customers services when they do run out of data and furthermore block the phone for incoming calls! When this happened around 5 months ago, I filed a complaint a few times and I had no response whatsoever. Now again, I am stuck with my phone being suspended and everything has been paid up to date. I can't make calls, can't send sms's not have any internet access! And nobody is interested to call me back!
