I signed for contract with Vodacom in October 2013, and was told that my 1st deduction will be on the 20/11/2013 and 24 to 48 hours when i called to active my line was told i had an amount due to pay in that frame, which i told the agent was speaking with that i was not aware and i explained, so time went by, and last week my line got suspended and i viewed my bill online showed was in arrears and now still suspended cannot make any calls, what is the use of having a phone, cannot do anything at all. Its frustrating cause it also made me to have an over draft on my bank cause of the debit order that i was not aware of.
