I was due for my upgrade and took up the Nokia Lumia 920 contract. I had a Blackberry before. The sales consultant told me that my premium per month would be R499 to which I agreed. Now by my surprise they debited R567 and last month as well - Reason for this amount being debited: Because my BIS was never deactivated. Well cant common sense be used to inform me that my BIS would still be activated and the question asked whether I would still want the service???
