Contract expired on the 24-06-2013

My contract expired on the 24-06-2013, renewed and up-graded the unit in time as per the companies instructions, changed the upgrade shortly after ( /- 1 week) from Nokia Lumia 520 (due to its unreliability) to a Samsung S3 Mini, dealt with 4 sales consultants during this period at the same branch, no joy 2 months and 1 week later, NASHUA head office now decided that i can have the changed upgrade but that i should pay a penalty of ZAR 800.00 on a cell phone already out dated, the consultant informed me at the time of the change that the revised upgrade will result in a increase of ZAR 143.00 per month (NOKIA Lumia) to ZAR 199.00 per month
