Your call centre staff is useless

Old Mutual called me in February to find out why I skipped my February premium and I told you that I am now unemployed I will however try my best to pay half the amount every month. The amount which I will pay manually as a debit order cannot be run on my account as I can't give the exact date which funds will be bail able in my account. The consultant I spoke to advised that for the month of feb she will sen a request for half the premium to go off around 19h00 on the same day, that didn't happen instead I was debited my normal premium and on the following day was debited half my normal premium.this means I was now overcharged.so I called your call centre and asked the consultant I spoke to to call me back, she didn't do that I again called and spoke to another consultant Akhona who told me that the reason why I was debited my normal premium plus the arrangement amount was because te reason why I'm now unemployed is because I resigned"I'm assuming that because I resigned I chose to be unemployed, she mind you doesn't know the reasons for my resignation", then she goes on to say I was debited the money because they picked up that the funds are in my account.today I get a letter tellin
