CELL C.. if you can not provide the service I am paying you for then please cancel my contract. I am losing business calls and I am losing money!!!
I am unable to make or received calls on most evenings between 6PM & 10PM. There is simply no network for calls, internet of email and this is in JHB & PMB.I have logged several complaints with CELL C. This issue has been going on since I took this contract at the end of 2012. CELL C promised to send someone out to test my line and to test the area network but nothing happens. My frustrations are at boiling point. Eventually then send me a replacement sim card and say if that does not work then they will cancel the contract. The new sim does not fix them problem.
