On the 01/01/2013 i was debited R499 by virgin active, I called to find out what was the reason, and was told that im know longer a member of vitality, i did the whole switch and now a memeber of multiply. I was called by Thokozani on 28/01/2012 to confirm everything is sorted out and informed me that the refund of R499 is submitted and i will receive after 7 working days..On the 01/02/2013 I was debited R499 once again. I called in and then spoke to Linda who said that will also be reversed. You still debited me an amount of R34 in January as a prorata amount... As you can see its only about you debiting but no1 can take responsibilty te refund the money thats owed to me... Today a consultant tells me no refund has been submitted... IF YOU HAVE R1000 LAYING AROUND PLEASE LEND IT TO ME AND IL GIVE YOU BACK WHEN VIRGIN ACTIVE REFUNDS MY MONEY...
If no1 is willing to assist to sort out all this then please find a way to cancel this contract cos you will still debit me on the 20th of ths month...
