Pathetic service

I have 1 contract phone account with MTN though i'm billed twice including the expired contract phone that i lost and deactivated year before last for the number 0783647055 and that contract expired last year in August of which i'm happy with that though i'm still billed even more than what i was billed when that contract was activated and when i enquire then im told it's for airtime and BIS that they loading on that phone. the question is that how do they put bis or even airtime on the phone/numbers i cancelled or even deactivated? i was told to call in on the 13th december to cancel and it will be cancelled in Jan as there is a month cancellation waiting period, i was promised a call back and was even given a ref nr and yet i'm still debited for this month, when i took the contract i was paying R189 and now i'm debited R280 monthly for BIS and airtime that i dont even use... i'm tired of calling these people cause nothing i say or request is taken seriosly though i'm gonna spead the word of how pathetic their service is and i was even due for an upgrade and i will never do business with them.
