How is the BIS linked to my contract?

I called the call centre this morning to ask for assistance with my BIS 30 day setup after trying unsucsessfully to reinstate it this morning. I was told that there is a problem with my contract since I sent a cancellation letter to Cell c. What the does this have to do with my BIS? My contract expires in April and at that time I want to cancel it but that still doesn't mean that I wont be able to access BIS. Even the prepaid customers have the right to BIS as long as they have a blackberry. I was told by your customer service agent that they would work on this problem immediately and sort it out for me. Now it's hours later and I'm still stuck with no internet! What do I have to do to get Cell c to deliver proper customer service? This is not the first time i've struggled with simple things like this with Cell C. Please sort this out. It is unacceptable.
