NEW Z10 BLACKBERRY NOT ACTIVE AFTER 6 DAYS

I received a new Z10 Blackberry on 20/3/13 and I still have not had the sim activated after numerous calls to the call centre and customer service. I was promised it would be active by 13.30 yesterday. When it wasnt active I called before 5pm and then was told to phone another number and by the time I got through there it was after 5pm. I thought I had left a stern enough message that someone from Cell C was to phone me this morning first thing and it is now 9.40 and no one has phoned. I have tried to phone them but after a few minutes of listening to the voicemail message about being patient I hung up. I now wish to return the new phone as I have not had a chance to use it within the 7 day window period but I cant even do that as I cant get anyone at Cell C to answer there phone. I will be sending Cell C another email to tell them to collect the new Z10 Blackberry and cancel my contract. I have to be contacted on an alternative number 021 913 1726.

PLEASE HELP ME SORT OUT MY PROBLEMS WITH CELL C
