Cell C cannot do a cancellation for 2 months

It has taken me more than 2 months to cancel a contract with Cell C which was sold to me by FNB.
First cancellation was done on the 4th March, second cancellation in April and lets hope third time I will get lucky in May. They have deducted money off my account twice already for an account I am not using. I want my money back and the contract cancelled.
They asked to send a letter i sent a letter, but that doesn't seem to help at all. Then they say its still active and not cancelled, DUH, then i am told to speak to cancellations department they don't answer for 10 minutes!!!
How am i supposed to sort this out then???
