I took a Cell C contract 5 15 gig giganite contract, i was told that service was good and i will get fast and reliable internet. for the past month i couldnt connect to the internet, i went to Cresta branch and they said my modem needs a update, so i wait while they update for a long time and get it back. i go home and STILL no internet connection. i called Cell C technical department and went through a long trial and error exercise with the call centre agent only to tell me that Cell C is upgrading it services and it is affecting their customers.
why should i pay Cell C if they are not providing a service to me, the are its customers. i need my internet to be sorted out and working perfect asap or i want to cancel my contract at no cost to me due to Cell C not delivering a service.
