I have the Blackberry Curve on a Control Chat 100. The intention was that I can control the spending on this account. From November I saw a change in the amount due, only to find out that the reason for the higher monthly bill is that somehow when I activated monthly BIS I somehow must have pressed "RE CURING BIS". I tried to speak to the call centre and asked them to stop the BIS re curing @ R57 and not to charge me anymore for this service. I was told that Cell C has loaded BIS already. I asked her to cancel it as this was never the intention of the contract to increase the monthly costs but was told if I cancell it now that I would lose the R57 that was already paid & my BIS will then be cancelled. It was made clear to me that I can change it myself, option was to let Cell C know 3 days before the next payment was due to stop the service charges. This is ridiculous as I told the consultant that I will forget! Not only the BIS problem but Cell C added "GET IT" charges to my account aswell my account went from R100 to almost R300 - This unacceptable!! I tried doing a Sim Swop and had no luck of getting it sorted!! Cell C is not what they use to be the servise is horrible...!!
