I wanted my two Cell C numbers changed from contract to prepaid as the contract had expired. Phoned Cell C and they told me to fax a cancellation letter to 08414329, which I did on the 8th of January 2013. Then I had to wait 24 to 48 hours for them to receive a Fax? which I did, and of course I had to follow up with them to hear if they have received my fax which they claim they haven't and that I need to wait another 48 hours. phoned back daily after that and complained every time but it looks like the call center (|The Face of Cell C!!!), doesn't give a about their customers, or is it that they are squeezing it out until my next debit order goes off first and then require an additional calendar months notice, that way they get 2 debit orders instead of just the one? I have sent a complaint to the customer service email at Cell C just to be ignored too! Cell C will never get business from me or my family ever again. People, please be aware of this so called "cellular provider". I actually think it is sad that a cellular provider would push to squeeze out an extra debit order as it does not say much about the company at all. Bunch of, that's what you are!!!
