Notice period to die

Can the CEO of Neotel please tell me where he will give notice that he plans to die? My son had a Neotel account. He passed on 27 April 2013. On 29 April 2013 I tried to phone 011 585 000 and was holding on for almost 25 minutes before I just drop the call. On 2 May 2013 I again try to call Neotel and yet again was holding on for ever. I eventually got hold of someone who told me I can send his death serticate via email. On 9 May I received a response that they have received my email and will respond according. On 14 May 2013 I again tried to call and yet again was holding on for almost 40minutes. I eventually spoke to a call centre agent who took my details and said he will get someone from the retention department to contact me. This morning I again phoned Neotel and was informed by Sindisiwe that it will take 20 days to sort this. I informed her that this needs to be sorted immediately as we can't allow them to take another payment off his bank account. She said they will send the debit order through and if it is unpaid they will list this as bad debt. How on earth!!! Nobody answers the 011 585 0000 nr so I can't even get through to a manger.
