Treating customers like dirt

I am utterly disgusted with the lack of service I have been receiving from Vodacom. I am a longstanding customer. My complaint is twofold:
I had to do an upgrade. That took me over a month to finalise something so simple. This ranges from inconsistent statements by vodacom consultants.when I called, I was given a wrong quote. As if that was not bad anough, I was told that the phone would be delivered to me shortly. it never arrived, when i followed up, then I was given a different quote, of course this one was highers. secondly, I was told that actually the phone I had ordered had been discontinued, and that the first consultant should have told me.
2ndly i have to beg vodacom send me statements every month. each time i call they tell me that they have rectified the problem and i will receive statements by email every month. but this never happens. I have to phone them EVERY MONTH and ask for it. they always say "we will log a query for you and you will start receiving your statements" i have heard these words over ten times. i sent an email to their complaints department, ONE MONTH LATER, I STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING.It is time to move to another service provider. sick and tired.
