On the 13th February 2013, we had an external aerial fitted onto our roof as the Neotel reception was not good. Neotel used external installers named Last Mile Technologies. During installation, the one technician put his foot through our ceiling. After numerous phones calls to last mile technologies and threatening to involve Neotel, Chris Ghama came through to inspect the ceiling and then nothing. I then lodged a complaint with Neotel directly as they are ultimately responsible. After two weeks or not hearing anything, I called again. I was promised that Quinton (a Manager) would call me to discuss. Well that was two weeks ago and still nothing. This is beyond a joke. I have contacted them again today but don't feel they will do anything to fix my ceiling. I have even emailed Neotel on their Talk2us email address. Call reference number for Neotel is SCR63448534. Today I am advising that they are to cancel my contact and remove their equipment without penalties.
