Cell C in their advertising! Their 99c For Real offer is meant to be for any network, any time, any place as per their adverts BUT THIS IS NOT TRUE! You cannot call premium rated numbers such as Sharecall numbers (0860 numbers) among others. When I signed a new contract with Cell C all the salespeople guaranteed me that I would be able to call any number at any time with my inclusive minutes BUT IT WASNT TRUE! I have to buy extra airtime to call Sharecall numbers! Not one of the 4 salespeople at 2 different branches that I spoke to warned me about this. In fact, when I found out and then approached one of them, he even admitted he had no idea that you couldn't call Sharecall numbers with included minutes!! I chose a contract based on an estimate of how many minutes I would need every month to call the numbers I need to call, but now I am spending more money every month on extra airtime because I need to able to call other numbers that are not covered in my included minutes! This is a and it is unacceptable! I was never warned about this EVER! Not one person told me! On top of all this the customer service has been appalling! No one takes responsibility for this problem!
