Useless response to query

I have had my contract with Autopage for over 13 months, I've had a variety of small concerns that have been ignored by Autopage. I have over 7 hrs worth of minutes, and have always been able to call ALL numbers in SA with these minutes.

This month I have suddenly not been able to call any customer service numbers!!! I keep getting a msg that I need to recharge!

When querying why this was happening they said I had to buy airtime for non cell C numbers! Even though I told them I can still call land lines and other network providers, they stuck to their story.
I was needing to get hold of tracker for a query and wasn't able to get through to them, I'm lucky it wasn't an emergency!

They were unable to assist me on the phone, and they kept me waiting for a long time to get hold of a manager that I was never transferred to.

Useless useless service, and to get out of my contract they want to charge over R31 000 (Seriously)
