I have recently ported to Cell C to a Straight Up 200 Contract.
when I received my monthly bill I have been charged R24.93 extra for call charges even though I did not go over the minutes infact I still have minutes left over.
After inquiring this with customer services I was told that these costs were for (086) numbers and the anytime minutes that I receive do not apply to (086) numbers and will get charged at standard cellular rates!
When I signed the contract with cell C I was told "any network, any place, any time" No where was I told about any exclusions! Why are (086) numbers not deducted from my minutes and why do I have to pay for these calls when I still have minutes available to me?
Secondly MY ACCOUNT on Cell C's website has been down for over a month now. When will this service be up and running again and is there another way to access your itemized billing?
