I ported my number over from Vodacom TopUp 590 to the Cell C Straight up 400 Top Up contract because of the low call rates Cell C is offering, with the bundled data etc etc.
This morning my number was ported fairly smoothly and everything worked fine, except I could not phone any 086 numbers. On calling Cell C I was told that my 400 Minutes to "Any network, Any time" does not apply to 086 numbers - why not? It is local? It is all the same as other numbers.
I was never told this when I signed up, there was no exclusions like this mentioned - only international, which is logical.
I am not happy at all and will not accept this.
