I'm trying to make a call to my medical aid. Their number starts with 0860. I get a message stating that I have to recharge my account or phone cell c so to increase my call limit. I have a straight up top up contract with over an hour call time available. Cell C says that I need to have a rand value and not minutes to make a call to a 0860 number. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A CONTRACT IF YOU CAN'T DIAL SPECIFIC NUMBERS? If this is the case, why did you change the way that your control chat contracts worked (with Rand value) to minutes? As I'm paying for a service I expect nothing less. I want to dial any number I want. That is after all the reason I took out a contract in the first place. Can someone please explain to me how you came up with this wonderful idea? (Yes, I'm being sarcastic)
