Fault Ref: 34CRK130413 - still waiting for intermittent dsl line fault issue to be resolved, been having problems since november last year, have logged numerous calls. lots of CRC errors and high db on line, have replaced all filters and new router, still having issues. Have even resorted to moving my isp account to telkom so i can claim back on faults. I require a very senior specialist who is competent to diagnose and resolve this issue
