Its been months and I keep logging faults. I have CRC errors being generated by a Telkom fault on this line. I have installed a new router, filters, etc. This needs to be fixed by a competent senior specialist tech who knows what CRC errors are. I'm highly annoyed of having to call and log faults only for it to be closed by some who simply tests and sees the link up but cant pick up the phone and ask me what the problem is. Get this thing fixed!
