Can someone please assist me with this?
I have logged a ticket through telkom's website to get my ADSL line moved about 2 months ago and then logged another ticket about a month ago. I only have a reference number and no order number yet.
I have tried phoning telkom on several occasions but the phone either just rangs or you get disconnected while being put through to a person that can check this for you.
I urgently need this line moved and would appreciate your assistance.
