Okay.
i have been with Telkom a little over a year and have had non stop issues on my line. from line damage to noise to all sorts.
I must have had at least 4 different telkom people come out to my house / logged numerous faults.
so on the 7th i logged the first fault on the 7th of November, we are now on the 19th and i have logged 3 faults been bounced around between dsl and internet, had Rude service from one of the consultants on the internet side, had the call cut off numerous times, had the fault cleared twice with the problem still happening . and i am now furious with the lack of service i am receiving.
I strongly recommend going with a different ISP which is exactly what i am currently looking at doing.
Really irate customer.
