My DSL line has been intermittently working since November 2012, I have logged numerous calls with numerous tech's coming through and not resolving the issue but closing the call and moving on, simply because they were not able to fix this issue. I need a specialist to come through and properly diagnose this. I have replaced filters & a new router at my own cost. This is highly frustrating - Please rectify this as a matter of urgency.
