My son has just had his mobile. We just cannot get through to an MTN agent as everything is routed through their most phone exchange. I needed to find out what the procedure would be in blocking phones, tracing it etc etc.
I can safely assume that MTN does not employ normal human beings as everything is pre-recorded.
It is a really pathetic situation and they are simply hiding behind technology so as not to interact with their customers.
I'm also pretty certain that some lame individual will be appointed to respond to this complaint and we all know what there reply will be. No matter. I will be putting up a website for MTN with lots of (true) negative advertising. I'm not interested if they reply to this complaint or not. PS Is MTN still under investigation for alleged "unethical" behaviour north of our borders??
