On 13 December 2012 we cancelled our data bundle with telkom, ever since then we have issues with the service. Telkom stopped the line which was not requested. Billed me for January and February for the data packages. Many calls between telkom and myself, STILL not resolved. Then Internet line went down after moving to MWEB, telkom say MWEB issue MWEB say telkom line, 3 Routers later and at a cost of R1500 to myself the matter is still not resolved. I am still awaiting the call from the surpervisor Lorata Moselane who would escalate the complaint... Gueass what still F#CKEN WAITING... This is a telkom LINE ISSUE and a technician needs to resolve this... or are they incompetent??? I would like a top executive to contact me as it seems the call centre and there staff are useless. TELKOM claims 6 days turnaround... 13 DECEMBER TO NOW is way F#CKING over... FIX my line or have a competent person contact me
