Still no service delivery

Ive been contacted by numerous telkom people to say that i cant get a 4meg line because of distance and when i explain to them that it cant be because of the distance because i had one all of them say that they will come back to me but as usual no one comes back to me. I'm still waiting for telkom to return my line to a 4meg or higher. The last lady that phoned me asked me if i have filters on my line because they picking up that something is pulling the line down and that's why im not getting my 4 meg line. I've replaced my modem with a brand new one and even my filters on the line so the fault is not with me. Can someone please sort this out for once and for all??? How can it be that after a telkom technician swapped my line with a prepaid line that i lost my 4 meg line and now going on for 3 months no one can fix it?? Why dont they just push the line up to a 10 meg then we could c what speed it goes up to at my house. Its not that i need to pay more. You pay the same from a 4meg up to a 10 meg line.
