I have had a noisy telephone line since last week. This has made business calls near impossible and caused me to have slow, intermittent or no ADSL. I have logged various calls, changed filters, swapped around lines and tried another handset, all to no avail. For the past two days all I have requested is that a technician come around. He can hear the noisy line for himself (even though the operators I have reported this to on numerous occasions have all heard the noise). Yesterday and today I have been assured this will happen only to then receive a sms to say my line has been tested and the fault resolved. I am now desperate to resolve. Fault no:
