Problems with fault logging and poor service

In March I have logged a fault with Telkom regarding slow internet, I have waited for nearly one month and no respond or whatsoever from Telkom, this week I have intermittent service for my telkom line as the line is working during the morning till 9am if I am lucky, and it went completely dead till next morning, I then went to Telkom to log a new fault, while I was there, the agent told me that the fault log made in March was blocked from another fault that I have logged in LAST YEAR! According to him, he has removed the fault from last year and put a escalated fault log for me regarding the intermittent service from Telkom - but he said he escalated the issue but no fault log notice was SMS'd to me. However, the phone was working again on 19/04/2013 till this Sunday morning. While I logged in the new fault from the Online telkom support, it then says "Unfortunately there was a problem during the fault creation for service number, You will not be able to report a fault on the number provided, since a fault has already been reported on this service. Fault Reference number : 399CRK210413". Can Telkom please sort this out because I cannot pay for the service that I cannot use!
