To whom this may concern,
About two years ago I signed a two year contract with Vodacom for R185
(BlackBerry Talk 100) a month for 24 months.
I had to call Vodacom to cancel my contract it was said that my contract would
collapse the 30 April 2013, I was happy with that. Saturday the 20th April 2013 I
went to the Vodacom outlet in Tygervally repair centre, the phone's flexi (needs to
be replaced) it was said that the contract has collapsed already, I found this odd
because it was said that it's collapsing the 30th April 2013.
I was billed R355 for March 2013, when I went into the Vodacom store asking for the
break down, it was said my Contract is R349 a month?? I signed a two year contract
for R185 not R349 and my bill for April 2013 is R349 again??
