I upgraded my daughter's cellphone contract on 30th January 2013. I took a Blackberry 9360 on a Top up 135 contract which according to Khasheef included BIS as per the advertised product. I signed the contract and thought all was in order. At the end of April the BIS was stopped because apparently my contract now does not include BIS and I must now pay R59 per month for this. Khasheef did not give me a copy of my signed contract so now have no proof of this. We have 4 contracts with Vodacom and between this contract and our data contract we are extremely dissatisfied customers.
