Still waiting... since January!

Back in June 2012 I went to the Rivonia Branch of Vodacom to open a new contract in my own name- my acc was in my mom's name as I didn't have a credit history after living in the UK. I went into the store when I was told that I was due for an early upgrade but I'd have to pay an extra R165 which was fine. I asked the consultant repeatedly if this impacted my contract end date in April 2013 which she said no- repeatedly. All was fine (bar the fact I never receieved a bill and I was still being billed for BIS) until I moved this year into a new apartment where there is no Vodacom reception at all (we tried Boosters) so I moved to Cell C as my Vodacom contract was up in April 2013- when I phoned about my bill again I was told I don't even have a contract and it only begins in April 2013! After being pushed from pillar to post, speaking to Vodacare who have said the issue with the franchise-and after calling them repeatedly and even going into the shop- I still have no resolution to my issue. I have been locked into a contract under false pretenses, been completely brushed off rudely. Brand fail
