Retired last year, I'm on a Business contract - on enquiry I was advised my contract expires in February 2013.
When I contacted them in February I was advised to come back in March. In March I went to Clear water Mall Vodacom and was told the contract can only be cancelled in April the 2nd - today I phoned the call centre and now I can only cancel in May. When I asked to talk to someone with authority the call centre agent had a attitude and the phone was put down in my ear. I've been with Vodacom since 1998 and this is what a loyal customer gets back from them. if I don't get a response ASAP I will take further steps against Vodacom.
