Autopage Call Centre Agent drops phone

Autopage cancelled my debit order after I have made a cash payment one month. I phoned in to reinstate the debit order which they informed me that I must go into the branch to fix it. I never once gave them any indication to stop that debit order

So I phoned in to make arrangements that the cash payment will be made at the end of every month. Which they agreed to.

Today they cut my line with the only notification sent was received on my phone a couple of minutes before the line was actually cut.

I phoned in today 24 April 2013 at around 16:08, after being on hold for 18 minutes a lady answered the phone very rudely, interrupting me the entire time with lots of impatience.

Just informing me that even after payment arrangements for invoice sent out in April 2013 they WILL NOT reconnect my line. Then asked if I need any further assistance, and while I was speaking to her (not even finishing the sentence) she told me she will transfer me and she dropped the phone.

Last year after my 3g got we did sim swop and and after numerous phone calls the sim is still not active. Later on I just gave up and haven't used it in over a year.
