GPRS billing CRAZY!!!

I have a iPhone and always have been browsing Facebook once or twice daily and make use of whatsapp yet now in the past 3 months my billing increased from R1400 monthly to R3500- it's impossible I don't even use my phone for business!!! I also have an iPad and use it for emails Facebook, down loads etc yet only pay R 375 monthly! It's disgusting to realize how AUTOPAGE Is ripping us off! How does one prove usage of GPRS is incorrect! And billing a disgrace! My services has been suspended not for a unpaid account... nope because I abused my phone GPRS I was told by service department...
WHAT? I honestly cannot believe this!

I urgently need somebody who actually cares to look in to this matter. The public and consumer clearly are not informed!!
