Cant even get the simple things right

Last month I changed my banking details with autopage - 2 debit orders, 1 for my phone and 1 for my data bundle. On the first of the month the debit order for my phone went through but not the one for the data bundle. I phoned just to be informed they only updated my phone's debit order details!!! I was then told the could only start the new debit order from September and have to pay this bill via eft - which I did. Then my data bundle gets suspended... I phone, I get told it is due to the debit order, I explain, they ask proof of payment, I send proof of payment and... and... absolutely nothing happened!!! It is the 15th of the month and my connection haven't been restored.
PLEASE NOTE: I CAN UPGRADE ON THIS BUT I DONT WANT TO CAUSE YOU!!!
If you check my history you'll see that you me almost ever 3 months - Shame on you!
Maybe MNT, Vodacom, Cell-C and 8ta should just decide that Autopage is not worth being a supplie
