PAID ACCOUNT: CUT TWICE 23 24 APRIL

Debit order taken off 28 instead of 31 April 2013. Payment 2/4/13 was transferred from normal bank acc and faxed from Autopage Brooklyn to headoffice 2/4/. 6April I received an sms to say acc hasnt been paid, I faxed proof of payment to Autopage again. During April received numerous sms, s to say acc hasnt been paid, and phoned 0116504124 everytime confirming payment. 18 April 011 discovered payment was never logged. 23 Apr received 2 sms my lines to be suspended. I phoned 011 and they said line not to be cut. An hour later all my lines was cut. Proof of payment 2/4 was faxed from Autpage Brooklyn 23 24 Apr. A TOTAL OF 4 FAXES WITH PROOF OF PAYMENT! 23 24 25 Apr been to Autopage Brklyn 4 times, trying to reinstate my paid acc. On 24 Apr phone restored, and phoned 011 to get modem restored. As soon as I was back on air, received an 2nd mail to say acc not paid, and both lines suspended immediately. WHO IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB LODGING PAYMENTS? THEIR NEGLIGENCE COST ME 3 DAYS INCOME, R50 TIMES 4 PER TRIP TO AUTOPAGE, AND AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS TO 0116504124 I HAVE R100 LEFT ON PHONE FOR REST OF MONTH. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PAID FOR WHOLE MONTH, MY LINES CUT TWICE, AND I, M OFF AIR HELP
