Autopage disconnects line less than 30 days

Hi there

My father-in-law works in Lesotho and he has a cell phone contract with Autopage. He asked me to make payment every month as he is sometimes not back by the end of the month. I made payment on 30th August 2013 and this months payment was on pay day 25 September 2013.

I was shocked when he told me the line was cut on the 25 September 2013 as we have not exceeded 30 days since last payment.

I have send numerous emails from their website but no response yet.

Please activate my line and give me guidelines when payment is due every month.
