Line Cut Off for the Second Time

In May/June, after being on my contract for more than 12 months where my debit order goes off diligently, their "system" changed by banking details which means my account was not paid. Someone from there phoned me and informed, so I did an EFT and sent proof. Two days later, phone was cut off and had a big struggle to get it back on again. So this Friday, I get a call about my debit order details AGAIN. While on the phone, I double-check that my last payment went off, and it did. After the end of the call, I get a message saying I am now on a cash-pmt basis and it is due at the 15th instead of the 1st. So I phone back, and am told to ignore the message as it is not correct. Yesterday I receive ANOTHER sms stating that I need to get in tough to pay my arrears, and that my line will be disconnected. Immediately after, my line is cut. After ONCE-AGAIN phoning, they told me they can not see anything but will get back to me. This morning the same story. It is now end of day two and I still don't have an active line or an answer. Please get in touch with me so I can cancel my contract with this service provider as I am no longer interested in any excuses and month-to-month hassles
