WHEN TAKING OUT MY CONTRACT (WHICH IS VERBAL) I ASKED THE OPERATOR WHEN WILL I BE THROTTLED FOR USING TOO MUCH BANDWIDTH -I WAS APPLYING FOR THE 1MEG UNCAPPED 2 YR CONTRACT AND ALREADY HAD HAD ENOUGH OF I-BURSTS UNCAPPED FAIR USAGE RULES WHERE THEY JUST CUT YOU OFF WHEN THEY THINK YOU HAVE HAD ENOUGH UNCAPPED BANDWIDTH, ANYWAY THE OPERATOR SAID THAT THIS WAS UNCAPPED AND THERE IS NO LIMIT -I ASKED HER TWICE AND HER REPLY WAS THE SAME EACH TIME -SO I LIVED HAPPY EVER AFTER FOR THE LAST 7 MONTHS UNTIL LAST WEEK AND SUDDENLY MY DOWNLOADS ARE SEVERLY THROTTLED I EVENTUALLY PHONED TELKOM AND WAS TOLD I HAVE EXCEEDED MY LIMIT AND NOW I AM ON SOFT CAP OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND I AM BEING THROTTLED FOR USING TOO MUCH UNCAPPED BANDWIDTH -WHAT A JOKE -I AM BACK TO WHERE I WAS WITH I-BURST AND I DROPPED THEM AS SOON AS MY CONTRACT WAS FINISHED
