DONT BE FOOLED BY "UNCAPPED"

Anyone wanting to take MTN uncapped, go somewhere else! I took out an "uncapped" MTN internet contract for R200 per month. This is not uncapped at all. I was advised by Andiswa in technical support after phoning to find out why my connection is so slow, only to be advised that the speed is throttled at 3GIG and will only be reset on the 23rd Of April. I have not done any major downloading in the last week as i have been in HOSPITAL!!! Show me where i have dowloaded or used 3GIG of data Since the 23rd of March!!! I never had this problem before and now i am throttled. This is false advertising by MTN and this was not explained when this contract was taken out by your paarl branch. Why would i take an uncapped contract if only to be throttled??? Stop telling consumers that they have "uncapped" when you throttle speed at 3GIG!
